The Course

For all the courses the classes will begin at 10.00 am. Monday – Saturday. The medium of instruction will be English and the pedagogy will includes classroom lectures, group discussions, case studies, visual aids and seminars etc., The students will have direct exposure to the operative system in the various functional areas of the hospital through guided field instructions.

Application may be downloaded from this website. Filled up application to be forwarded along with the attested copies of following documents and DD for Rs.1000/- in favour of “Apollo Institute of Hospital Management and Allied Sciences, payable at Chennai”.

Eligibility Certificate (Only For MGR University Courses for Outstation & Foreign Candidates)

Course Completion Certificate (For candidates whose final year results are not published)

 

During Admission - Originals of the above Documents & 3 Passport size Photos to be submitted.
Candidates who have appeared for final year exam are also eligible to apply.

 
Selection Procedure

The Selection is made on the basis of academic credentials at the +2/ UG level and performance in the personal interview

 
Payment

Mode of Payment:: MBA – Semester wise, Paramedical (UG & PG) – Annual (Fees once paid will not be refunded) A refundable caution deposit of Rs. 2000/- has to be paid in addition to the fee for all the courses

Course Fees: Course fee can be paid in cash at any one branch of Indian Overseas Bank or DD drawn in favour of “Apollo Institute of Hospital Management and Allied Sciences” – payable at Chennai.

Examination Fees: Examination fee as per the University norms.

Uniform Fees: Fees to be paid separately.

 
Discipline

Any unruly conduct of a student either in the class or in the premises will invite stern disciplinary action even resulting in dismissal from the course.

Dress code - Uniform to be wore compulsorily in the working hours of the classes.

Library rules are to be followed strictly.

Leave taken without intimation/permission will be penalized.

Use of Mobile during college hours will be penalized.

Violation of Internship norms will call for disciplinary action.
