The Course

For all the courses the classes will begin at 9.30 am. Monday – Saturday.. The medium of instruction will be English. And the teaching techniques will include group discussions, Case studies, visual aids etc., The students will have direct exposure to the operative system in the various functional areas of the hospital through guided field instructions.

	Transfer Certificate
	Birth Certificate

	Conduct Certificate
	Medical Certificate
	Migration Certificate (For Outstation Candidates)
	NOC (For Foreign Candidates)
	Eligibility Certificate (Only For MGR University Courses for Outstation & Foreign Candidates)
	Course Completion Certificate (For candidates whose final year results are not published)
During Admission - Originals of the above Documents & 3 Passport size Photos to be submitted.
Candidates who have appeared for final year exam are also eligible to apply.

Selection Procedure

The Selection is made on the basis of academic credentials at the +2/ UG level and performance in the interview

Payment

Mode of Payment: MBA – Semester wise, Paramedical (UG & PG) – Annual (Fees once paid will not be refunded) A refundable caution deposit of Rs. 2000/- has to be paid in addition to the fee for all the courses

Course Fees: Course fee can be paid in cash or DD drawn in favour of Apollo Institute of Hospital Management and Allied Sciences – payable at Chennai.

Uniform Charges: Only uniform material will be provided.

Examination Fees: Examination fee as per the University norms.

Discipline

	Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
	Any unruly conduct of a student either in the class or in the premises will invite stern disciplinary action even resulting in dismissal from the course.
	Dress code, uniform rules of the institution must be adhered to strictly.
	The students will not be permitted to use the office telephone for personal calls, accept in emergency situation. Library rules are to be followed strictly.
	Leave taken without intimation/permission will be penalised.
	Use of Mobile during college hours will be penalized
	Violation of Internship norms will call for disciplinary action.
