| The department of Cardiac surgery was started in 1984 in Chennai and so far under the guidance of Dr. M. R. Girinath has successfully completed 40,000 open-heart surgeries.This well equipped modern setup is performing the whole spectrum of cardiac surgeries including CABG, Valvular and complex congenital operations.The students will be able to gain theoretical knowledge and valuable hands-on-experience in Perfusion Technology under the expert guidance of the Medical & Paramedical faculty. |
