The Course

For all the courses the classes will begin at 9.30 am. Monday – Friday. The medium of instruction will be English. And the teaching techniques will include group discussions, Case studies, visual aids etc., The students will have direct exposure to the operative system in the various functional areas of the hospital through guided field instructions.

How to Apply

	Xerox copies of Mark statements of appeared semesters.
	Provisional and Degree certificates (where applicable) to be enclosed with the application
	Candidates who have appeared for final year exam are also eligible to apply.

Selection Procedure

Management Course: Selection is done on the basis of academic records at the UG level and performance in the Entrance Test, Group Discussion and the Interview.

	Entrance exam will be of objective type covering English, Reasoning, Arithmetic, General Awareness etc.
	Group Discussion.

Candidates who qualify in both will attend the personal interview.

Allied Sciences: The Selection is made on the basis of academic credentials at the UG level and performance in the interview.

For all the courses the following certificates have to be produced at the time of the Interview.

	The Degree Certificate(Original) – for Verification
	Mark Sheets (Original) – for Verification
	Transfer Certificate(Original) – for Verification
	Conduct Certificates (Original) – for Verification

	Two Passport Size Photographs
	One Stamp Size Photograph

Payment

Mode of Payment: MBA – Semester wise, Paramedical – Annual (Fees once paid will not be refunded )

A refundable caution deposit of Rs. 2000/- has to be paid in addition to the fee for all the courses

Course Fees: Course fee can be paid in cash or DD drawn in favour of Apollo Institute of Hospital Management and Allied Sciences – payable at Chennai.

Uniform Charges: To be paid in cash. Only uniform material will be provided. Payment of fees through cheques shall not be accepted.

Examination Fees: Examination fee as per the University norms.

Discipline:

	Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
	Any unruly conduct of a student either in the class or in the premises will invite stern disciplinary action even resulting in dismissal from the course.
	Dress code, uniform rules of the institution must be adhered to strictly.
	The students will not be permitted to use the office telephone for personal calls, accept in emergency situation.
	Library rules are to be followed strictly.
	Leave taken without intimation/permission will be penalised.
	Violation of Internship norms will call for disciplinary action.
